You can set the time at which synchronisation occurs.
To schedule the synchronisation of data, simply select the data you which to synchronise by selecting the relevant tickbox:
Then select the period of time before each refresh:
Once you have done this, click the "Schedule Sync" button to start the schedule:
This cycle will continue until it is stopped using the appropriate button:
