'Save AS' dialogue allows the saving of SQL files with user defined file names.
It is recommended that a designated folder be created on a network share for SQL queries to be saved and made available to all users.
You will need to Save the SQL Script before executing it if you want the Pivot Table view to be saved.
Otherwise, the Pivot Table will be reset every time you execute the script.
When you do this, the grid and pivot views will be saved in separate files alongside the SQL script:
Do not delete these files as they provide the information for the grid and pivot.
